Fresh Peach Cobbler
This Peach Cobbler is one your friends and family will love! Grab some fresh summer peaches and make this delicious dessert.
- 5 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons milk

Mix together cornstarch, brown sugar, water, butter and lemon juice. Add peaches. Cook in a saucepan on top of the stove until thickened. Pour into a round 2 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
